The In Quex Rpt checkbox is a flag, that is either checked or not checked. An archivist or designer can check this flag to force a question to be included in a public questionnaire report, even when no respondents answered that question (for example, in order to show the flow of the questionnaire).

The default value of this flag is "checked".
